Yes! i'm back again..hehe. Long time dint blog le. Change a new blogskin cos got nthing to do..haha.
Recently very busy and tire over my work. Sometimes i have to teach the newcomers and help them if they got problems etc. Though my 3 mths probation has been successfully over liao and salary has increased, but work load become heavier liao. Wonder how long will i be staying over the company. Recently, a newcomer frm mynamar got shouted frm mayee (trainer). Not once a day nia woh, it's few times a day sia. That mayee really very bad. Even if the newcomer did something wrong, jus tell her the corrrect method in a proper way of saying mah. Y ned to shout? Everyone work for a living nia, not work for a shouting. I did console the newcomer but i know she still very upset.
Fridae when i did some motors and was abt to take the tube to measure whether got 20cm or not, in the end found that some of the tubes were less than 15cm. I told mayee about it. N most probably is the morning shift pp cut it until so short. Then mayee said:" SEE LA, TOLD U ALL TO OPEN UR EYES TO CUT THE CORRECT LENGTH, U ALL DE EYES CLOSED WHEN DOING AH?!" ..kaoz, say until it's me who cut it de. But i did argued back to defend myself " I SO LONG DINT DO MOTOR ALREADY LEH! HOW COULD I POSSIBLE TO CUT THE TUBES?! SAY UNTIL I DID THAT! " After i said this sentence i bo chup her n continue to take new tubes to cut the correct length. She aso bo wei kong. I found that she like to vent anger on anyone de. Really buay tahan her!
Even the some newcomers aso very scare of her. Scared of her for wad, if u did nthing wrong, jus say out to defend urself. Now, the newcomers dont dare to go n find her for help, they will come n find me and if i'm not really sure, i will ask them to find joan( leader) for help. Really cant stand her. Even joan aso say to the newcomers that mayee has a bad temper so dont put it into heart.
Haiz..hope that everydae will lead a peaceful dae!
Now is 2:04pm le. Me still at home woh. Dear mey got guard duty since yesterdae till now. Wonder wad time he can log off. He mus be tire. Waiting for his call....patiently. HAha...
